Little Owls, Spring 2004
I came across this pair of local Little Owls in late March as they sat out
basking in the early morning sunshine. They looked as if they had just paired
up for the spring, and had found a suitable nest site in suitable habitat.
Unfortunately, they didn't breed successfully, despite being present at the nest
site throughout the spring.
Maybe next year!
